Chrome hasn't had 18 months of customising to make it work for my research, though :)
I haven't installed many add-ons, but the two that get used often (Zotero and Delicious) are indispensable. Having the address bar know exactly which page I'm after (from the first 1-3 characters) also speeds things up - I've put a lot of time into training Firefox over the past year and a half.
While using Safari last night, I really noticed the lack of support for multi-touch gestures (which is weird, as Safari is part of the operating system...). Learning a new set of keyboard and trackpad shortcuts would be a bit painful at the moment, given how many different things are in the "finish this yesterday" basket.
