For the photography people out there...

There's a photography show at the Melbourne Exhibition and Convention Centre, running from today until Sunday. The first half is industry-only, but it's open to the public on 2:00pm - 6:00pm Saturday and 10:30am - 5:00pm Sunday. It's also free, if you pre-register online. Most of the main workshops seem to already be full, but there should still be plenty to see in the exhibitor stalls, free events, etc.

I'm planning to head over on Saturday afternoon. Anyone want to join me?

Lots of cool stuff in there - if you didn't make it today, it's worth dropping in tomorrow. There are photo gallerys just inside the outer doors, and lots of trade stalls in the middle of the building. Most of the stalls are aimed at a professional photography company's budget, though...

If you have time tomorrow, it's worth going just to look through the galleries on the outer section. The trade stalls inside are interesting, although not many of them are really aimed at hobby photographers.

Are you at home tomorrow afternoon? I'll be over in Collingwood College from 12-5... I could drop in to see you after that.
