Some observations
Mar. 23rd, 2004 09:35 pmI feel much better, after training for an hour and a half in the gardens.
Standing meditation really helps "ground" all that wasted energy. Qi Gong is better.
In the dark, it's quite hard to keep your balance. No visual reference points...
Meditation and Qi Gong help with the balance thing, too.
I haven't lost as much flexibility as I thought - I just haven't pushed myself far enough lately.
I still need to stretch more.
The Butterfly Effect should appear in my playlist more often.
Lying on the concrete basketball court to stretch, I picked up less dust than I would from my loungeroom floor.
I need to vacuum.
