What do you do when you're home sick, bored witless, and have a computer before you? It's the

The quiz of hugeness...

Your gender: Male
Straight/Gay/Bi: Straight, to most practical purposes
Single?: no
If so, do you want to be?:
Birthdate: September 12th, 1979. Older than some, younger than a few others...
Age you act: Apparently, older than I should. Must stop doing that, somehow.
Age your wish you were: I like the age I am.
Your height: About 170cm. Which means that I have freakishly long arms, or Da Vinci's ratios aren't all that good.
Eye color: Brown, but occasionally greenish in sunlight.
Happy with it?: Sure.
Hair color: Brown, with a reddish tinge. It's changed over the years, generally without artificial intervention. Guess the follicles get bored.
Happy with it?: Yup.
Lefty/righty/ambidextrous: Mostly righty, but still ambidextrous for many things. I take a long time to make up my mind...
Your living arrangement: Renting with two others.
Whats your job?: Mad Scientist! And student.
Piercings: Nup.
Tattoos?: One day. If I get bored of my drawings before getting them inked, that just tells me to choose more carefully...
Obsessions?: All that I fill my life with.
Addictions?: No single thing that stands out above all else. See Obsessions, above...
Do you speak another language?: Not internationally recognised. I think I speak a little [livejournal.com profile] jilavre, though - enough to hold a conversation...
Have a favorite quote?: All too many of them. Mostly lyrics from favourite songs ;-)
Do you live in the moment?: Absolutely. Although I can dwell on the past.
Do you consider yourself tolerant of others?: Yes. It takes an awful lot to get under my skin. Unfortunately, this is causing all sorts of problems...
Do you hate yourself?: Right this second? No.
Do you have any bad habits?: Plenty. Worrying too much about things, for a start.
What is the compliment you get from most people?: Hmmm. Most compliments are about things I've done, rather than directed at me personally. Mental blank.
What's your biggest fear?: Hurting people that I care about, and not getting a chance to make amends.
Can you sing?: On rare occasions, generally not in company.
Do you ever pretend to be someone else just to look cool?: Nope.
Are you a loner?: Absofrickinlutely. Batches of hectic socialising, and long, comfortable expanses of minimal contact.
What are your #1 priorities in your life?: Being happy with who and how I am, and helping my friends to do likewise.
If you were another person, would you be friends with you?: Eventually. It would probably take a long time until we had the guts to approach each other, though.
Are you a daredevil?: *grins*
Is there anything you fear or hate about yourself?: Hate.... my inability to act effectively when I'm not under pressure.
Are you passive or aggressive?: Generally, extremely passive. I take sudden, viciously aggressive action to remove obstacles to my passive life, though.

Stolen something?: Only in as flamboyant a manner possible, in the name of a joke.
Been on radio/tv?: No.
Been in a mosh-pit?: Yes! Much fun.
Had a nervous breakdown?: I'm too cautious to have everything able to break down. I've lost large chunks of myself for some time, though.

Had a dream that kept coming back?: A nightmare, when I was younger. I saw it for about ten years.

Still sick, although I started eating proper food again last night, when I went out for dinner with my family. I'm over the sitting-at-home thing, though - if I was going to spend this long at home, I'd at least like to be able to do something productive. It's not happening, though.

It will be a busy fortnight, trying to get all this work out of the way. The Covenant show (and pre-concert night at Pnaut) has good timing, though - I'll really be in need of a night out (or two) to recover. Right now, I just want to be able to walk properly without my legs giving way beneath me. Fortunately, I have whittled really, really small nanobot disease-capturing craft out of a discarded bit of Dispirin foil, and have introduced them to my body via the skin pores on my left index finger. Even as I type, they will be constructing defensive lines out of old cell matter, and rallying the immune system for a final charge...

My sister is still left-handed. I'd started using cutlery like a right-hander when she sat opposite me and copied (mirror image), early on... by the time I changed back she was set in her sinistral ways :)

Unless you're speaking politics, in which case I sit mostly on the fence...

Covenant + a few local acts + various DJs, Saturday April 24th, 9pm-til-end-of-club time. It's held at the Hi-Fi Bar, tickets are $45. I think they should be on sale for at least another week. It looks like tarleon might be getting there late, after a family event...

Ask me about their music when I'm near my computer and I'll make you a CD. You'll know some of the songs, but not their names ;)

"Who's the loudest friend?: Maybe tarleon, when he's in a loud mood..."

He's loud all the time, doesn't even have to be in a mood.
He can be loud even when he's not saying nothing... :)

*poke* hurry up and get better so we can go dancing. ;p
