Where to begin?

I really enjoyed Golgotha on Thursday. The music wasn't amazing, the drink prices made Inflation look cheap, but the atmosphere was great. I had a 'talkative' night, for the first time in many a month... I seemed to spend most of the night talking with random people on the dancefloor, or in rare interludes when I sat down. Ended up dancing for about five hours, which was better than I'd expected. Must get back into this 'exercise' thing... I'm fading away to nothing at the moment.

The music was a bit loud for conversations, but everyone made a valiant effort :) I caught up with a girl I'd spoken to at the end of the Covenant concert, who I've been meaning to talk to ever since... I was mistaken for a girl by many, many people, and met Amy when she came over to let me know that she couldn't tag me with either gender. Hurrah for unintentional androgeny :) In their defence, I was dancing almost all night - I may have been moving too much for anyone to look closely...

It being Easter, Conquest has been running since Friday morning. I arrived a little late, as I'd gone to bed around 7am. I haven't had the chance to play anything this con, but I intend to poke at people to run their games at a later date...

Yesterday, I ran the latest installment of the Warmachine: Steamroller tournaments, equalling Arc as the biggest event so far (26 players). I think it ran well, but I was completely wrecked by the end of the day - as a result, I don't actually know much that happened in the final round. Here's hoping I don't have to deal with too much fallout on the WAU forums next week.

Strange things happened last night. The sun went down, the world went dark, and I slept before the sun came back up. As you can understand, this has shocked me deeply. I'm still trying to work out what it portends...

As a result, I feel more active than I have all weekend. I may as well have been dead for the last few days - fortunately, there's a theme of resurrection that pre-dates all the chocolate eggs and hot-cross buns being thrown about this weekend :)
