Golgotha?

Well, it's almost that time of year again... Mum's birthday was last week, which means it must be less than a month 'til mine.

I may be getting older, but I certainly don't seem to be getting any wiser (or any more sane...). Haven't decided whether I'll get up to much on the actual date, but there's a club night conveniently close by :) Plus, it's at the end of my fortnight'o'doom (lots of uni work due), so I'll need a night out to recover.

Anyone up for Golgotha on Saturday 9th September? While the last one wasn't especially great, they have run some decent events over the years. I'm posting almost a month in advance 'cause I know how hard it is to get hold of you guys...

Golgotha has been approached by Palace Cinemas to organise an event promoting the upcoming release of an exciting dark film: "MACBETH" by Geoffrey Wright (ROMPER STOMPER). The film is a modern day dark adaptation of the classic. Inspired by Melbourne's underworld and "gangland" killings, in the controversial way that Geoffrey Wright is notorious for.

All attending will get a FREE FILM PASS to MACBETH and a CD with a selction of tracks from the film and promo trailer.
We'll be taking over all 3 levels of INSIGNIA BAR. cnr Flinders/King Sts.
Doors Downstairs Open 10pm, Upstairs & Chillout Room will open 11.30 pm.

This is true. In fact, it's probably my three hundred and thirty eighth unbirthday since the last proper one. That may well call for another celebration :)
